Faisal was super responsive and very professional. He called me to let me know he had an earlier opening and showed up exactly when he said he would. When he arrived he communicated effectively and made sure my tv was mounted in the best place possible. He even helped me move a heavy package that had been delivered the same day. I’m incredibly happy & grateful for the work he & his assistant have done for me.

Very pleased with his work, mounting my TV and hanging my mirror. He was on time. He cleaned after he was finished. My only call out was he wasn’t very detailed in his pricing to hide wires. There was a much higher cost to put the wires behind the wall, but because he wasn’t clear he reduced that price to make sure I had a good customer experience. Going forward, All my projects are going to be J.
