- What types of customers have you worked with?
I can edit your wardrobe, suggest what can be added to revive a tired look. Sometimes it's something simple as a belt or a necklace that can do the trick. If you are in need of new outfits to a special event, I can either go shopping with you or bring you outfits to your home to try out, but only after we assessed what you like and don't like. I'm pretty great with formal events, international travel wardrobe, award shows, and work outfits.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I'm always styling someone or something. It's just what I do. I can't help myself. If I overhear that someone needs a pair of boots, I'll give them ten suggestions of where to go. If it's a jewelry piece that they feel like indulging themselves with, I'll either purchase it for them at an auction or suggest where they can go. A few month ago, I was at Bergdorf Goodman just hanging out with an older relative who was shopping for shoes. She couldn't made her mind up, and next to us there was a woman who overheard our conversation. She asked me what I thought of the boots she was thinking of buying. I told her my opinion, she bought something else and became a client.
