- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is structured based on the type of training (private, semi-private, or group), as well as the program and location. Most clients choose package options or structured programs, as they provide better value and allow for consistent progress over time. I offer private training, group sessions, basketball clinics, and multi-week performance programs that combine skill development and strength & conditioning. Everything is customized based on the athlete or individual’s goals, experience level, and schedule. There are no hidden fees, and all details are discussed upfront so expectations are clear before getting started. My focus is on delivering high-level, results-driven training that leads to real improvement—not just workouts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client starts with a quick consultation to understand goals, experience level, and what they’re looking to improve—whether that’s basketball skills, strength, conditioning, or overall fitness. From there: I assess movement, skill level, and current performance Build a customized training plan based on their goals Schedule consistent sessions (private or group) Track progress and adjust weekly to ensure results Sessions are structured, high-energy, and focused on real development—not just random workouts. Whether you’re a young athlete, high school player, or adult, everything is designed to help you improve efficiently and confidently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a combination of real-world athletic experience, performance training knowledge, and hands-on coaching. My background includes: Basketball skill development training for youth, high school athletes, and adults Strength & conditioning focused on building athletic performance, speed, and durability Experience working with a wide range of clients—from beginners to competitive athletes I focus heavily on proper technique, injury prevention, and developing well-rounded athletes through my three-pillar system: Skill, Strength, and Mind. Beyond formal education, I continuously study and apply modern training methods to deliver high-level, effective sessions that produce real results.
