From start to finish I have nothing but good to say about this company. I woke up with no heat in my home and called velocity, within a few hours Anthony was able to come out and not only diagnose my problem but explain what has to be done and why. Water heater popped in the middle of the night, couldn’t get a hold of any company. Anthony stayed on the phone with me and helped me locate my shut off valve to stop the leaking. Promised he would be at my house with a new tank first thing in the morning and he was! Very reliable and fair priced! Found our new plumber!
