Excellent! I’m was very impressed with Kato he was extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. I reached out about an issue where I had gotten an electric shock and didn’t know what to do. He understood my concerns and made it a priority to get out to help me ASAP. I appreciated that so much. He came to the house troubleshooted the issue and talked me through it and how he was going to fix it. I was so worried about one of my kids getting hurt and how long it would take to fix, but he knew exactly what he was doing and was able to fix it very quickly. He was efficient, reliable, And professional. I can’t say enough positive things and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Kato was great! He was able to come within a day of me contacting him! The pendant lights that I wanted installed required a converter kit which I didn’t have but that wasn’t an issue because Kato had one! I highly recommend!
