James simplified my entire marketing efforts by creating a fantastic website and linking all of my social media in one place so I could just post quickly. I have confidence now that with minimal effort, I hit all of my target audience. Simplifying that process saves me time and makes me more money. He is so easy to work with, fast to respond if I have a question or issue with the site, and understood my vision immediately. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to create or recharge their website as well as boost their SEO and online presence.

I've had a website since 1997. Since then I've worked with many web developers - some good, many not so good. But I've never received the attention, interaction, responsiveness, and expertise as I have had with Jimmy. While I'm far from being an expert, I've built my own websites and maintained and hired people like Jimmy to troubleshoot. Some of the reason was that I always felt I had to stay on top of the project. My project was a theme conversion for my business website and I just didn't have the time. Jimmy provided me with a detailed list of everything that he would do plus concerns and potential conflicts that might arise. Even more impressive, he made a few suggestions including edits to subtitles on the slider that captured the essence of what we do. Jimmy created an experience where I felt he really cared about me and my business. I'll definitely be hiring and retaining Jimmy for other projects. He set a very high bar for expertise and customer service and delivered on it. On most surprisingly he was working faster on the upgrade faster than I could keep up. That's just so rare these days.

Over the past several years James and I have worked on several projects for a variety of clients in the business, educational, and non-profit areas. His wide range of knowledge in the areas of web design, social media, and current software trends and programs puts him high above most of those calling themselves web designers. James is a webmaster in the true sense of the word from his ability to conceptualize a project in its beginning stages, problem solve and find ways to make it work, his artful understanding of the importance of imagery, type, and color, and his expert execution of the entire project. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who truly knows what he is doing in the field today.

When we first talked to James about his services, we were very excited about what he had to offer, he really understood our needs and he was very helpful in getting our resources organized. This all however was very short lived. After a few weeks of working with him he suddenly became unresponsive and more or less "fell off the face of the earth." He stopped responding to e-mails and wouldn't take our calls either. We reached out to the owner of Vandertech, Chris, in hopes that he could shed some light on our situation. This lit a very short lived fire under James, and by short lived I mean precisely 1 e-mail. We finally reached out with a ultimatum asking him to work with us or we would need to cut ties and look elsewhere for our web design needs. That was nearly 1 month ago and we never heard back. I wish I could recommend Vandertech, but sadly they do not seem to care much for their customers or their projects.
