Introduction: I offer focused, skills-building lessons over zoom that will take your drawing or painting to the next level. I specialize in helping adults draw or paint more realistically, deepen their knowledge of color, and find their unique style. I love to draw and paint myself, so helping others discover their passion and confidence with creativity brings me great joy. I did an intensive art training when I was young, and have taken many painting classes in college and at art centers since. I have been teaching private art lessons for five years and and love to see my students grow and evolve. I especially welcome adults who feel they would like to learn but never got the chance. My 10-year old son has really been enjoying his lessons with Annie. She is very encouraging, easy-going and has a lovely disposition. I appreciate all three qualities when interacting with my son, who has low tolerance for frustration when he feels he's not doing something well. The development he's made in his drawing skills in jut three lessons has been amazing and very confidence-building!

Very engaging and enthusiastic sessions! My 12 year old loves Annie’s lessons, she eagerly waits for next one. Annie is open and and able to work with my daughters interest from drawing to shading. Annie is amazing. She has done two lessons so far with our 12 year old daughter via zoom. The growth in two lessons is incredible. Annie is patient, kind and extremely talented herself!
