He’s a liar! This guy told me he went to my basement because I was at work and said I’ll give him my lockbox combination to check on my boiler for me. He never went to my property yet he told me that he checked the problem in my basement and that it will cost me $250 for the parts he needs and $300 for workmanship. I looked through my surveillance cameras and no presence of anyone in my basement since I last went there. I contacted him and said did you go the my address? He said yes. Did you take the key from the lockbox to go to the basement, he said yes. I said I did not see any record of your car anywhere around my property and I didn’t see you in the basement either. When he found out that I have a camera and could see everything and that he lied about him going there, he didn’t respond to any of my messages to him again. He was going to dupe me for $500 if not because of the cameras I have on my property. I had a heating problem in one of the units and I told him there are kids in the house. I want the heating problem be taken care of. And with all that information, he didn’t have pity on the people living there, he was confident enough to try to dupe me for $500. He said he doesn’t have to go to the unit to check. He’s not to be trusted and I told him I can’t do business with you. Because you’re not truthful

Don’t use this guy. He tried fixing my heat twice. It didn’t work. I called him at least three times and he ignored all my calls. I texted him as well but no response. I have an Autistic 9 year old son in the house and now we’re freezing with no heat. I messaged him on thumbtack and no reply. He left the furnace in a mess. I paid him same day both times through Zelle. He’s an asshole.

I’d give him 0 stars if I could. STAY AWAY! Like many pointed out here: he’ll take your money but don’t fix your issue. He told me the part for my condenser cost $400 when in reality it normally cost about $30. He promised to send over receipt but never did. I had to hire another professional to get my condenser working.
