- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. Offering a Price Match Guarantee - send a screenshot of the quoted price and I will match the price. 2. Same-Day Service may be available, if booked before 12:00PM Additional Fees Apply 3. Next-Day Service may be available if booked before 6:00PM. Additional Fees Apply. 4. General Handyman- for home repairs, a consultation may be required prior to repairs being made. In this event, a consultation fee equivalent to 1 hour of work will be assessed and is due at the time of consultation. Offering Handy-Home-Lessons: Fees include 2 hour lesson on how to mount your project, hardware is included, tools provided for lesson. You can upgrade your lesson to include a small hand-home-starter kit which includes a light-weight drill, bits and anchors for small home projects. Please inquire for fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask for specific details regarding your appointment: date, time, location, tasks to be completed, as well as task specific questions (wall type, furniture brand, etc) Tasks are then scheduled to be completed at a mutually convenient time. **General Handyman** Some repair tasks require a consultation to determine how and if a repair can be made. In these cases, we will schedule an assessment consultation, after the assessment we schedule an appointment to make the repair. A consultation fee equivalent to 1 hour of work is assessed and due at the time of the consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My uncle worked in construction and from the time I was 14 years old, I have worked alongside him repairing, installing and fixing homes for friends and clients. I took that knowledge and experience and started my own Handyman Empire. In two years I have worked with over 700 clients, built over 200 pieces of Furniture, including over 150 Ikea Pieces. and have completed over 300 mounts.
