Jim is very communicative, they show up on time and prepared for the work, and do (from what I can tell) a great job. Jim and Heli are both really nice, happy to explain things that are beyond my almost non-existent plumbing knowledge, and very courteous. So far, Jim has replaced my hot water heater, checked out all the taps and toilets after my inspector recommended it, and came out with no more than 24 hours' notice when my sewer line backed up during the first weekend after we moved in, with no problems since then. He also gave me some great info about pricing for future projects I'm considering which helps me plan my home renovation list, and his prices seem very fair to me.
