Zachary is a complete professional in the way he runs his business. The design work and consulting that he does before beginning the actual fabrication is so precise and complete that it made us totally comfortable about his ability to perform and deliver without any problems or concerns on our part.
Again, he brought a very responsible and mature approach to everything we asked of him.

I was incredibly fortunate to get Austin Builds for a major home renovation project on Martha’s Vineyard last year! From a carpentry standpoint, Zack Austin is a true craftsman and professional. He not only takes great pride in every detail and the superior quality of his work, but also has the creative talent to make aesthetic judgements that significantly enhance the outcome of an entire project.
Even though his expertise is fine custom cabinetry and design work, his experience and understanding of all the aspects involved in the renovation, determining the best workflow sequence for all the various trades people needed to perform their jobs in the most efficient and cost effective manner, and willingness to assist others, source and order the best materials at the best prices, and handle the logistical challenges during these times when supply chain and labor issues often seem insurmountable, made him more valuable than any general contractor I’ve ever worked with!
I can’t say enough good things about Austin Builds, or recommend them strongly enough! If quality, integrity, professionalism, punctuality, and getting things done right at a fair price is what matter to you, look no further!
