- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Site visits are typically $120 flat rate for up to two hours, during which I can address most onsite issues at no extra charge. I can sometimes discount it to $100 if you’re within 30 minutes of New Milford, just check with me If it's determined in advance that the work will involve extended time (e.g., multiple PCs or issues), the rate is generally $150 flat rate. *If I’m already heading to your area for work, I can usually throw you on the route at the $100 rate no matter what Custom Gaming PC Builds are $150 flat rate for labor, and I'll help you pick out all parts based on your budget. Before scheduling a site visit, I like to thoroughly understand the work required. This may include reviewing photos of the PC or issue, checking serial numbers, and verifying part compatibility with your equipment. I’ll also ensure that expectations for the outcome are clear, reasonable, and transparent.
