What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a site survey where we get to meet and I get a chance to look at the situation in person so I can more accurately determine what is going on. Many times it might be a different animal or a number of animals. Any provider who says they can quote you over the phone is not a good provider.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College degree in addition to 28 years practical experience
