Pros: ▪︎ cleaned the floors very well along with rugs.
▪︎ made the bed beautifully
▪︎ arrived on time
▪︎ was able to come here with just a week's notice.
Cons: ▪︎ I requested a deep cleaning and specified what I needed done. This included cleaning the refrigerator, this was not done.
▪︎ after they left, what I thought were cleaned dishes stacked by the side of my sink were actually dirty.
▪︎ they added special touches like a bow with hand towels on the bar to open the stove as well as a hand towel with a piece of tissue in a fancy shape in the towel rack in the bathroom. The towels in the kitchen by the stove had clearly been used and dirty (left side), neither bothered to ask me if or where I had clean ones.
