- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the type of service requested, travel distance, and any special requirements. Mobile travel fees may apply. I provide upfront pricing so there are no surprises. Discounts are available for military members, veterans, and first responders for wedding officiant services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by learning more about the service requested, location, timing, and any special requirements. For notary and signing services, I verify identification and ensure all documents are properly executed. For wedding officiant services, I work with couples to understand their vision, ceremony preferences, and any special requests. My goal is to provide a smooth, professional, and stress-free experience from initial contact through completion of the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Connecticut Notary Public, National Notary Association Certified Notary Signing Agent, and Connecticut Justice of the Peace. I maintain current background screening and professional insurance coverage and participate in ongoing education to stay current with industry requirements and best practices. My experience includes general notarizations, loan signings, I-9 employment verification, and wedding officiant services. I am committed to providing professional, accurate, and reliable service while ensuring each client feels informed, comfortable, and supported throughout the process.
