Sabrina Wilson, Chef-Owner of La Jolie chef Personal Chef Services brings her many years of Catering, Restaurant and private home experience to her work. Sabrina,who lived and worked in France and graduated from L'Ecole de Cuisine de la Varenne in Paris displays her French training in all areas of her work. In addition to French cooking, the Chef is well- versed in all areas of special cooking; Macrobiotic,Vegan, Gluten-free, as well as cooking for those with Diabetes, Heart conditions etc.. People often ask what sets us apart, Chef Wilson says, " We are a Chef-Owner operation. This means we are totally hands on from the top down,covering every detail of your function, nothing is farmed out. We stick with what we do really well; making beautiful, delicious food one party at a time, focusing on meeting all the expectations of our clients. In the end, it's really very simple: We love to throw a party and it shows!

Sabrina did a fantastic job for my luncheon! The food was superb as well as her professionalism. Sabrina and Peter definitely brought the restaurant experience into my home, with all the quality, comfort and health guidelines for this pandemic. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thank you for reaching out to us at La Jolie Chef. We look forward to speaking with you. We always schedule an introductory call with all new clients to get acquainted and discuss menu options, pricing, and other dietary choices for your event. Please be aware that all quotes will always include both a charge for Food and Labor. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my career at Gourmet Magazine as an Editorial Assistant. I then won a Grant from the International Rotary Foundation to study Classical French Cuisine. I was accepted and studied at L'Ecole de Cuisine de la Varenne in Paris. I came home and started my Personal Chef business La Jolie Chef Personal Chef Services. and the rest as they say...is history
