I cant say enough good things about my experience with Dogwatchof Litchfield County, and I highly recommend this business. They are very professional with a personal touch. Every encounter I had with Rob and his team indicated that the safety of my puppy was their highest priority. The young woman that came out to see our property and give us an estimate was prompt, courteous, and answered all my questions. Liz, the dog trainer did an amazing job with our Fido. She clearly love dogs, and she even texted me two weeks later to check on how he was doing. Throughout the entire process Rob always promptly returned my phone calls, answered my questions, and made sure we were happy every step of the way. If you are in the market for a dog fence you will not be disappointed with Dogwatch of Litchfield County!

I cant say enough good things about Rob. I was extremely hesitant and paranoid about having an electric fence. We have a husky and we are very close to a main road so I was super afraid of him getting out. Rob assured me that they will make sure Tito is fully trained to the fence and that I was fully comfortable with him being alone in the yard. I have been extremely high maintenance when it comes to asked questions and having them come out and adjust things but nothing was too much for Rob. He truly cares about the dog and wants to make sure everything is perfect for you so not only are you comfortable but so is your dog. I will never use another electric fence company and I %1000 recommend this company!

From the minute Rob came to talk to us and heard our crazy ideas to give our puppy (who wasnt even here with us yet) the most free space, down to the training was seamless. We wanted our puppy to be able to play in our brook and in the woods. Whatever we asked, Rob made it happen! When we finally got down to the training, Liz gave us such great training tips that have saved us that went beyond the invincible fence training. All the questions we had, she answered and showed us how to make it happen. Our dog Ollie picked up the training with ease and our daughter (8 years old) took the training very seriously, Liz involved everyone in our family. Throughout the whole process, Rob checked in to see how the training was going. This company takes their product very seriously and to make sure the dogs are successful every step of the way. I asked my daughter her thoughts of the invisible fence and she said I like it, I just feel safe because I know he wont run out and get hurt now. I highly recommend Dog Watch of Litchfield County to anyone looking to give your dog more freedom and to know your fur baby will be safe. I cant thank Rob and Liz enough for all the help during the whole process!

Oh wow where to begin!!! When I contacted Rob I was so incredibly impressed with his professionalism that I decided I wanted to go with Dog Watch before he even arrived at my house. He was so attentive to our needs and very accommodating to our time frame. I never felt like I was dealing with a salesman, just someone who has a quality product wanted to help a new dog family out. Installation was quick and easy and Rob made sure I was comfortable with the fence and the settings before he left. Liz was the trainer who came to our house for training and again AMAZING! All she wanted was to make sure that our Ellie was grasping her new collar and the fence. She was patient and kind, it is clear she absolutely loves her job and animals. We have had our fence for 5 months now and Rob continues to stay in touch and check in on Ellie. I have never met someone so devoted to his business and his clients. He treats all of his customers like family! I highly recommend using Rob and Dog Watch for your electric fence needs.

We contacted a few fence companies and this one was by far the most personalized and detailed. When meeting with the owner he walked me through all aspects of the fence (even though I'm a vet tech, but this was my first time with an electric fence). We were trying to decide whether to fence our whole property or just the main section and they gave their recommendations for each option. They definitely aren't all about the money which other companies we met with were. They truly cared that you got exactly what you needed. The instillation was so quick and they were even able to lay it across it our tar driveway. The trainer was so great and also personalized the training. We've had a couple of hick-ups due to my own fault and they have gone way above and beyond to help us. Even though it's been over a year since we installed the fence the owner still follows up with us to make sure we have everything we need. We are so happy with this company and we can't say enough good things about them!
