Chef Flemming was both an absolute blessing and diamond in the rough when it came to putting together my sister's bridal shower on last min notice. She was quick to respond and put together an AMAZING menu that highlighted some of the themes I mentioned my sister was a fan of. Not only was the food beyond delicious, she was so fun to work with & offered the option to customize all dishes [not needed as they were perfect.] Would highly recommend Deluxe Events & Fine Dining to anyone looking to do something a little special for their next event!

Excellent responsiveness to emails leading up to the event in order to agree on a menu. Worked with us in rescheduling when a family occurrence got in the way of the original date. Food was beyond amazing, everyone was satisfied with the meal and service. Left the kitchen cleaner then it was before she got there. Highly recommend!!

Chef Flemming and her team prepared a phenomenal 10 course tapas style meal for a bachelorette party. It was incredibly beautiful, creative, and delicious. It was a great experience that we could not stop talking about even the next day. This is coming from a big group of foodies, so we know and love food experiences. The ingredients were high quality and fresh (some ingredients from Chef Flemming's own garden!). Overall, a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend to anyone in the area planning an event.

I booked chef Flemming and crew for a private event for Valentine’s Day and it could not have been more spectacular. The whole event was beyond wonderful and the food was out of this world. 10/10 would recommend everyone book with Chef Flemming. We will be back in the very very near future.

Flemming was outstanding! She worked with us to design the perfect menu, catering to our need for some vegetarian dishes. Each course was served with beautiful presentation. It made for a special night and her assistant Jodi was awesome too. We highly recommend without reservation!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on per person charge. Different pricing for basic ingredients vs premium ingredients, onsite or drop off etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask all questions to make sure I fully understand what the client is looking for. I try to make them as comfortable as possible by being completely transparent and provide a thorough explanation of my process. Communication and time management is also key for me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary school, working in restaurants and doing private events.
