- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are one of the most competitively priced companies in the state of Connecticut, and our warranties are unbeatable. All Weekly Maintenance or pool cleaning customers receive a standard 10% off all work or merchandise and all service customers who visit our retail store receive an additional 10% off on all purchases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we will gather all of the new customers information and schedule the appointment. We like for the customer to be home the first couple of visits for our technicians to develop a professional and trusting relationship with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians and employees are Factory certified and trained on all major brands of pool equipment and vinyl swimming pools. We have numerous SP-1 and SP-2 Holders on staff and every employee that works for Rizzo Pools LLC is registered with the State of Connecticut's Department of Consumer Protection. We also have two Certified Building Professionals on staff as well as to Real Estate inspection technicians.
