Alex...what can I say...he is the bomb.com!!! I needed assistance with what I thought would be minor repairs to an apartment I was about to move in to. Upon initial inspection of the unit, Alex found so many issues that would be considered code violations. Instead of giving me an estimate for the repairs, which are too numerous to count, this "Angel" took pictures and provided me with an inspection report that detailed every safety issue that needed to be addressed and corrected by the management company. With this report I'm hoping to recoup any monies paid for 1st month's rent and security.
Alex went above and beyond for someone he had only just met and although he could have made a good amount of money from doing the repairs, he instead did what he felt was the right thing to do... I'm forever grateful that he responded to my project request. He is such a decent person and I will absolutely call on him again when I find a suitable apartment.
If you are looking for an honest, decent, stand up type of person to assist you with your project needs, Alex is absolutely by far the best person for the job!
