- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look around. Get different price quotes. Make sure you look not only at price, but also personlaity and attitude. Anyone can play music now-a-days with all the mp3 players out there, but a DJ does a lot more than just play music. It is a DJs responsibility to be able to read a crowd and know eactly what type of music to play in order to get people to dance, or even to relax while enjoying dinner. A good DJ will have a large selection of music and good equipment, and in most cases back up systems with them at all times. A DJ also has to be able to run the show. Whether it is a wedding or a coporate event, the DJ has to keep things flowing and kept on time. Unfortunatly in the DJ world a lot of the time, you get what you pay for.
