- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home is different and the price of the job will be determined on the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically start the inspection outside before you get there. We will review what we found. We will wait for the realtor to let us in the house and start to inspect the inside. There is a lot of information that we need to collect and will take in all the information. We will get together near the end of the inspection and go over issues we found and go over any questions you have. A typical home inspection should take about 3-4 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a home inspection class and was mentored by long standing home inspector. I am licensed Home inspector for the state of Connecticut. I used to work as a home energy auditor for the HES program. I previously held a BPI certification for energy efficiency in building practices.
