- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking clients to rate their home’s condition from 1 (very dirty) to 5 (immaculate) or send photos. I gather key info like square footage, number of rooms, and any add-ons needed. Based on that, I provide a customized, transparent quote—no guesswork. Once confirmed, I secure the booking with a deposit and send all details up front. I bring my own professional supplies, arrive on time, and communicate every step of the way. What sets me apart is my consistency, attention to detail, and genuine care. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to hands-on experience, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and have completed training in professional cleaning and sanitization, including COVID-19 safety protocols. I’m also a certified member of the AHCA (American House Cleaners Association), which keeps me up to date on industry best practices.
