- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing may be a bit higher than other personal trainers but I travel to their home with all the necessary equipment and take the time to program specifically for their needs. I offer some packages with payment plans if need be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The process with working with a new client is to have a 5 minute call to discuss what they are looking for. Then, if they are looking to move forward I set up a 1/2 hour visit to the clients home to check out the space and make sure we are a fit for one another. Personal connection is very important since we will be spending a good amount of time together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I currently have my certification through ASFA and working towards my NASM certification.
