Personal Training

Nick is an amazing trainer to have around. I've been using Nick for two months during my soccer off-season and he has greatly helped me in conditioning myself to stay lean, while also putting on useful muscle that doesn't detract from my soccer progress. As much as he is helpful, he is also a fun person that will constantly motivate you throughout and will give his all to help see yourself improve. If you're an athlete or someone that wants to improve themselves physically, Nick is the guy to have around.

So far I have had three sessions and it has been life changing. My last session was for 6:45 in the morning and never in a million years would I have got up to work out at this time but I did it and was so happy!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer a free fitness assent to see where we're at and if we're a good fit. We measure body fat and muscle %, weight, and any movements that may get in our way of success. I assess proper technique and give a sample workout to then put together a personalized program. Im flexible with all budgets!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We meet, get all our measurements, asses some basic compound movements for mobility issues, we discuss diet changes, then we set a plan based on how many days a week we meet, then bi weekly weigh ins, and monthly reassessments. We are always looking to improve!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    B.S Exercise science , Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED, Insured, 2x NCAA champion. 10 years in the fitness industry training people to their goals!
