- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free fitness assent to see where we're at and if we're a good fit. We measure body fat and muscle %, weight, and any movements that may get in our way of success. I assess proper technique and give a sample workout to then put together a personalized program. Im flexible with all budgets!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet, get all our measurements, asses some basic compound movements for mobility issues, we discuss diet changes, then we set a plan based on how many days a week we meet, then bi weekly weigh ins, and monthly reassessments. We are always looking to improve!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S Exercise science , Certified Personal Trainer, LEVEL-1 PRECISION NUTRITION, CPR/AED, Insured, 2x NCAA champion. 10 years in the fitness industry training people to their goals!
