I’ve worked with a few trainers in the past, and hands down, Rob is the best. For a long time, I struggled to make real progress, but that all changed once I started training with him. When I began, I could barely squat with just the bar. Now I’m squatting 185 lbs — a huge accomplishment for me — and I’ve built up to 155 lbs on other lifts as well. People have started noticing my transformation and complimenting me on how much more muscular I look. My original goal was to gain size and strength, but Rob has also guided me through cutting phases and even helped me improve my running. No matter what your fitness goals are, he’s the guy to get you there. What really sets Rob apart is his natural presence and personality. He’s patient, flexible, and easy to work with. Our sessions are always productive, but also filled with good conversation. We’ve been training together for a year and a half now, and as long as Rob is around, I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else.

I’ve been training with Rob since July of 2023 and I’m beyond lucky to have found a trainer who not only great at what he does, but TRULY CARES about his clients. Rob is super supportive of your goals and is 100% committed to help you get there! I appreciate his style of training and the “slow and steady wins the race” approach, creating good form, challenges you every time but in small victories. Rob trains with Grace and keeps you balanced with not falling victim to set backs. If your looking for a trainer, have realistic goals, Rob’s your guy! I used to be a yo-yo dieter and want instant results. I lost roughly a pound a month, I’m stronger, physically and mentally and feel great! Now I'm down 25lbs!

Training has been absolutely life changing. Before going to Revolution Sports Club, I had aches and pains all the time and confused as to how to progress and see results. Now, my joint aches are gone! I'm the fittest I've ever been and so happy to have found Revolution Sports Club!
