Granted we are not in the dead of winter, there have been some cold nights. Last night my heat stop working and after trying several of the 24 hour companies, none could help me immediately. Adi messaged me here on the app and was able to diagnose my boiler issue and guide me to fix the issue. I am super appreciative for him, especially now that I have a newborn at home. I can’t afford to have a cold house overnight. Prior to this year Harp service the unit but they have not been trustworthy in my experience. Moving forward I will be using Adi to maintain and repair my system. It’s important to work with people that are motivated to help than just put dollars in their pocket. It was clear to me that I struck gold with Adi. I will be recommending him to all my friends.
