Adi from Diamond Mech contacted me immediately and stopped by the same day. He took time to go thru the ductwork and gave very honest feedback on how we can add a return. I have to contact the original installer to get some stuffs answered. I would definitely recommend Adi.

Adi was great. He came out and we had a very thorough conversation about what was going on with my ductwork project. He offered up some great suggestions on how best to move the ductwork while not burdening my system. He gave a quote promptly that was fair and was able to schedule the job soon after I accepted the quote. He worked hard to be sure the new ducts were flush to where my new floor level I’ll be and also out of the way. I would highly recommend him and will use Diamond again.

Adi, Frank and the team did a good job fielding our many questions and requests. The scale of our project has taken longer than anticipated but Adi did an excellent job for his portion of the project and I would highly recommend using him and the team for your projects. He even came onsite for non HVAC related calls as a courtesy. Who does that? He's an exemplary professional and we still need him to visit and finalize some things but I'm looking forward to working with Adi again shortly for the upstairs system.
