Justin Birtwell responded immediately when I reached out to schedule a homeinspection. I decided to hire him because he offers comprehensive inspection services, including septic inspection through an excellent third party called Northeast Envirocare, whereas other inspectors do not provide that arrangement. He had availability the next morning and showed up exactly at the agreed upon time. He spent about 3.5 hours inspecting the home, and there were multiple green flags about his work process. One thing that reassured me of his competency was seeing him physically walking sections of the roof in addition to taking drone footage. I believe this is important for getting a truly accurate report of the condition. I paid for radon, termite, and septic in addition to the base inspection. All aspects were thorough. Justin even included a chimney inspection through Spotless Chimney for no additional cost. The inspection reports were generated on the same days during which results were gathered. They included thorough documentation of the entire property including detailed photos. Justin is a hardworking, honest, and qualified inspector. I would definitely hire him again for future inspections. His reports have helped me confirm my decision to purchase the home, and that is why I decided to hire an inspector. I can’t believe people are buying houses without paying a little more for a homeinspection, especially when you can call Justin.

Inspections usually take between three and four hours.And I produce photo, rich dynamic reports within twenty four hours.If not the same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am both a licensed home inspector in the state of Connecticut. As well as a licensed FAA part 107 remote. i am also a certified infrared thermographer and a certified termite and mold inspector.
