What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Home I offer discounts to veterans, first time home, and mental health providers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inspections usually take between three and four hours.And I produce photo, rich dynamic reports within twenty four hours.If not the same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am both a licensed home inspector in the state of Connecticut. As well as a licensed FAA part 107 remote. i am also a certified infrared thermographer and a certified termite and mold inspector.
