John Cennamo's work is complete perfection, he and his partner have a fundamental knowledge of masonry, the effects of size, scale, and design mixed with good taste and attention to detail. The work that has been done to my home has lifted the curb appeal from nothing to something that makes me and my neighbors very happy to look at. John has a high work ethic and it reflects in his masonry work, and it now reflects around my home. Where there were spaces around my home that were eyesores, and made me upset to look at - there are now beautiful spaces that create a happy and harmonious feelings. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs I need to see in order to provide the customer with an accurate estimate. I can provide the customer with a verbal estimate based on square footage on many masonry projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss the project and scope of the work with the client, Make design, structural and aesthetic recommendations. I then provide the customer with a written estimate for the work to be performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years of personal business experience and 3 generations of masonry exposure.
