Terrible company. Had them come out to check the mold in the basement and garage. The owner came out himself to measure and gave us an estimated price. I asked him for an email with the information and was told I would get one. After a week I called the office and the girl Annie answered and said she'd speak to him to remind him. After another week I called and she said the same thing. After week 3 they stopped answering my calls from my phone, but when my wife called they answered. One thing I hate is being lied to and brushed off. How does it take 3 weeks to respond to someone who is trying to give you business. That's a clown show of an operation. We've had 2 other companies come out and received pricing withing 48 hours. This is the OWNER of the company too. How do you promise one thing and then we never hear from you again. I never leave reviews on anything but this lack of integrity really struck a nerve. Would not recommend this company.

Raul, I apologize that we dropped the ball so badly that you had to leave a review (which is not something you usually do). This is absolutely our fault and I take 100% ownership of this. With the storms we’ve had recently, combined with some staffing shortages due to emergencies, I simply stretched myself too thin. This is not how we want to conduct business and I have already implemented both people and process changes to make sure we do not do this to another potential customer. We are a locally-owned and family-operated business, and integrity matters to us. I apologize that we failed on this for you. If you have not yet had your project taken care of, we would like to come out and perform the remediation for you at no cost, or we can help with a future project if one comes up.

Beware!!! The owner Pete came out to my house for an inspection. My basement was very cluttered at the moment. But he said there was mold in my basement and there was a high concern for my HVAC system to be cleaned and Pete said there was definitely mold in it because the filter has not been changed. He said whatever spores were in the basement were getting pushed up into our living area. This immediately raised concern as a husband and a father. So he quoted me for the HVAC cleaning and mold disinfectant spray inside the system to kill any that is in it. This was dependent on me cleaning out about a 10ft area surrounding the HVAC system so the guys could work.This was completed and the HVAC work was done on Thursday 4/10. Pete never sent me the mold removal quote which he went over with me the same day as the HVAC. That was also dependent on the entire basement being cleaned out so they can do their work. I called the office and spoke to Annie and she said that Pete was on a job and i would be reached back with the quote. I didnt hear anything back including today and I reached out to another reputable mold removal company near by and they had one of their guys come out today to check out my basement. It turns out that from his inspection I do NOT have any mold in my basement and there is only efflorescence on my stone basement walls. So it turns out I got scammed out of $2000 for an HVAC job that didnt need to be done. I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with a company like this!

We do not and cannot confirm the presence of mold without professional laboratory testing. We can only make observations based on visible conditions and based on our experience, but we always get confirmation from our lab before we definitely say there is or is not mold present. At the time of your inspection, we discussed possible concerns and provided estimates for optional services. No work is ever mandatory, and all decisions to move forward are left entirely to the homeowner. Regarding your HVAC cleaning, this service was completed per your authorization, after you prepared the workspace as discussed. We strive to provide honest, professional advice aimed at improving indoor air quality and home safety, but we also respect every homeowner’s right to seek second opinions before moving forward. We hope the other company confirmed their findings via lab results instead of a visual inspection. We regret that you are dissatisfied, but we stand by the professionalism and integrity of our team.
