As their name suggests, they are true Pros.I contacted them because old, decorative barn beams in a room in my house were covered in a white film. The beams are now clean and bright.Every step of the process was professional. After speaking to Ani who made my inspection appointment, I received an email confirming date and time. On the appointment day, Pete was running a bit late and Ani called to let me know and check if it was still ok for him to come. When Pete arrived he examined the beams and took pictures. He is extremely knowledgeable, identified it as the most common form of plant mold and explained the removal process and cost.We also discussed installing a whole house air purifier in the future to help mitigate my allergies.Ani contacted me to set up the removal appointment and I received an email confirming date, time and who would be coming.Carlos and Zac arrived at 8:00 am and got to work. While we had removed most of the furniture, they helped with the remaining pieces including taking up a rug. The room was sealed and they started the laborious process. As the beams are old and the mold had gotten into the cracks, they needed to gently wash and lightly scrub them by hand.They also inspected every wall and found some mold where pictures had been hung, which they also removed. Finishing after 11, they then wiped my wood floor with a Swifter wet mop. My room felt as if it had been given a fresh coat of paint. Everything sparkled. The very mild hydrogen peroxide smell dissipated in 2 days.Afterwards, Ani followed up to see how I felt about the results.Ive provided this level of detail as I was/am so impressed with the end to end process.All I can say is WOW. If I ever need to deal with mold again I will only work with CT Mold Pros.

Pete was beyond helpful and answered all of our questions. We had visual mold in our garage and smelled must in a back room. He did not try and sell us anything we did not need and recommended a few products on Amazon that would solve all our problems. Fortunately we did not need to move forward with any remediation but would use Pete if we needed as he was so knowledgeable!

I was concerned that I might have a mold problem in my upstairs bathroom and called for a consultation. Jordan came out and was everything I could have wanted in a service pro. He was professional, courteous, (even had his own booties in hand as he approached my front door to cover his shoes before coming in my house). As it turned out, I didn't have an issue that required his servicing, but he was honest about telling me that and then searched/found online for me a product I could use to DIY/address the issue and was on his way. Not often you find honest and good people that let you know when you don't have a problem - as important to know as when you do. If and when I do need mold remediation there's no place else I'd call now. Thank you, Jordan!
