His bio is the TRUTH! Chef Plum was so easy and lovely to work with. We exchanged a couple emails, talked on the phone twice and our dinner party was a huge success. His staff (Adam and Chloe) were so friendly and professional. All 18 guests raved about the food and wine pairing. Chef was so charming and was a total sport and posed for like 100 pictures! I can't wait to hire him again for our next family event! Quick break down:

Punctual (few minutes early)
Food was DELICIOUS
Chef and staff made all my guests feel like aristocrats (yes a guest said that)
My kitchen was left spotless. Dishes done! Which meant I got to enjoy my guests.
