- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My work typically has a 3 hour minimum for organizing because in order to really get any momentum and progress, we need at least that much time
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a discovery call to be sure we are a good fit to work together. We'll discuss your goals and decide on a time to begin work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a Director of Operations which honed my strategic thinking. I am trained as a personal coach which tapped into my emotional intelligence. I am a member of NAPO and active in the CT chapter. And I'm a working mom so I know all about the rollercoaster that is life.
