There are several aspects to consider. Before all else, I consider food safety to be the most important. I am unyielding in following all guidelines. Also, any meal must be created with precision and must bring together a blend of taste and presentation that allows the client to garner the ultimate experience. My job is to take care of the menu so that you can enjoy your event.
