- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give discounts to first responders of 5% as well as veterans. I don’t charge for estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to meet new customers within 24 hours of receiving the job to give an estimate in person. Estimates are available over the phone as well as I can use google earth to look at the job. I guarantee high quality work and satisfaction upon job completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Operators license to apply pesticides.
