- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: We’ll begin with a complimentary consultation to discuss your needs, goals, and any specific challenges you’re facing. This helps me understand exactly how I can best support you. Customized Plan: After our conversation, I’ll create a customized service plan tailored to your business or personal needs — outlining the services that will save you the most time and help you stay focused on what matters most. Agreement & Onboarding: Once we agree on the details, I’ll send a simple service agreement. Then, I’ll walk you through an easy onboarding process to get everything set up for success (sharing access, important contacts, preferred communication methods, etc.). Getting to Work: I’ll get started right away, handling tasks efficiently and professionally while keeping you updated as needed. I aim to be a true partner behind the scenes — giving you more free time, peace of mind, and the support you can trust. Ongoing Support & Communication: I believe in clear, consistent communication. I check in regularly to ensure everything is running smoothly, adjusting as your needs grow or change.

I hold a degree from Harrison School of Business, where I developed a strong foundation in business administration, management, and organizational leadership. In addition to my formal education, I bring over 11 years of hands-on experience working in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments — managing everything from administrative operations and HR tasks to customer service, social media management, and brand building. I am also a Certified Notary Public, trained to handle sensitive documents with accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. My combination of education, real-world experience, and commitment to excellence allows me to confidently support busy professionals and business owners, helping them stay organized, grow their success, and protect their legacy.
