Luther really did go above and beyond. I had unusual circumstances surrounding my appliance install, very unusual set up of plumbing, etc. He made sure everything was set up much better. It cost me a little more to fix it right but it was well worth it. I am having him come back to install my dishwasher also. He definitely gets a thumbtack thumbs up. 👍

Luther showed up when he said he would, took out our old toilet, and installed our new toilet in about 90 minutes. He took away our old toilet and all packaging materials we no longer needed. He charged what I feel was a reasonable price for the work he did. I am satisfied with the job he did.

I charge $100 an hour with a $100 minimum. I price the way I do because it let's people know that I am serious and I stand by my work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is
1. Phone call to establish base.
2. Go out to property to meet and assess.
3. Review the job and expectations with the customer.
4. Build initial quote invoice for customer.
5. Customer reviews quote and gives me the ok to start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've spent 20 years in the Navy as a builder. I've seen it all.
