Heather Kelly and A Woman's Touch Landscaping have provided me with professional, punctual, and quality service. Heather was up front about costs, and actually finished ahead of schedule. I hired A Woman's Touch to overhaul my yard and gardens for the winter. I considered the project to be a large job (2 days), as I am particular and I had an overgrown, Victorian garden, with many separate beds, shrubs, roses, and fruit trees. Heather knew how to handle the various issues with the plants, and made numerous suggestions on how to handle those issues now and for the future. I will happily hire her and A Woman's Touch Landscaping again in the future.

It is with great pleasure that I am writing this testimonial. There are so many wonderful things to say about their work but I would be doing the reader a disservice if I did not start by describing Jim and Heather. They are both hardworking, honest and extremely professional people. How many times have you heard someone in this industry say “Don’t waste your money” and then offer a solution that is both economical and visually appealing? After 7 years of remodeling my home this has never happened and so far when dealing with Jim and Heather it has happened on three different occasions. So far I have had two projects completed. The first project was a 750sqft tile floor installation and Jim did a magnificent job. His attention to detail is second to none combined with maintaining and clean work area made the whole experience pleasurable. Heather transformed the landscape in the front of house from amazon rainforest to a professionally manicured landscape. If the name of the company is A Women’s Touch their motto should be “There is no one better than Jim and Heather.” I am looking forward to having them complete my backyard and update some siding on my house and any other project that will come to mind in the future.

No two situations are the same.. I figure out how many hours.. how much product I need .. and what equipment I am going to need and base my costs on that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to come out and visit the site. whether it's a landscape or paint request. survey the situation, meet the client and understand their needs/wants and how to best serve them
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep up with all the latest trends and styles, my vendors are an incredible source of knowledge that I draw upon. As far as painting- houses are far less intimidating than the barns I've had to paint.
