We needed a groomer on short notice for a claw issue. Barkbus was wonderful and gave us appointment next day. The dog is very skittish and does not like having her nails done and has never experienced mobile grooming.The groomer arrived promptly and listened to my concerns. He was patient with Zelda and she did great. Especially relieved to have the claw issue taken care of.What impressed me the most was that the groomer knew that there was a baby in the home and chose a hypoallergenic shampoo.Will never hesitate to call Barkbus and highly recommend them!

We just had a fantastic first experience with Barkbus for our Cavapoo puppys very first grooming! From start to finish, their customer service was top-notch I received clear, friendly texts leading up to the appointment, and our groomer was amazing. He was calm, gentle, and so patient with our puppy, which made all the difference. I really appreciated the progress photos he sent during the groom it was such a thoughtful touch that helped us feel at ease. Our pup came back looking and smelling beautiful! The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Thank you for taking such great care of my puppy. Well definitely be booking with Barkbus again!

Barkbus is honestly amazing. I mean our groomer Gia is the best around but Barkbus itself is great. They are so communicative and flexible to our needs. You can tell Gia loves our pup and puts great care into his groom. He is a bit shy but they make him feel comfortable and he always come out with a lil bounce in his step and confidence for days. If youre questioning mobile grooming I encourage you to use Barkbus and dont be shy about asking questions because they will provide the answers!
