Frank showed up to the house, we went over the job which he looked at thoroughly. He gave me the choice of pricing job out or doing time and material and explained the benefits of each option. He answered any questions that I had. He was patient with my indecisiveness. Worked efficiently and did an excellent job. And to top it all off, he cleaned up after himself.
