I could not in my wildest dreams have imagined a better fitness experience than working with Tom. As someone recovering from some eating struggles who knew I would continue to gain weight until I figured out what worked for me, I wanted to use that time as an opportunity to get strong-- and Tom helped me do just that. Tom got me from being weak to deadlifting my weight in no time, and I have probably gained at least 15-20 pounds of muscle in the months of working with Tom. He was also willing to coach me on diet if I needed it, was obscenely reasonably priced, and extremely flexible. Over the last few months Tom has also become one of my good friends and has given me to the tools I need to continue to push my progress for the rest of my life. There is no replacing experience and Tom is a pro bodybuilder with an amazing attitude who knows exactly what he's doing when it comes to form/timing/etc. (He practices what he preaches 24/7.) Plus, no matter what state I showed up in, I always left the gym feeling significantly happier. Tom is an investment in lifestyle, happiness, and fitness all wrapped in one. I am deeply grateful to have had the opportunity to work with someone so dedicated to the sport and to living life positively, day by day. To Tom-- thank you for everything. I have no idea what my life would be like today if I hadn't met you. First, I wanted to give you a background of me and how Tom was not only able to transform my physique but also my perception of fitness as a whole. After years of not going to the gym and living life in the fast food lane, I gained a few (many!) pounds - enough to keep me warm during hibernation. I wasn’t happy with my body and my appearance, especially since I kept having to buy bigger clothes ! So, I decided to work with Tom and that’s where things changed for me. One thing about Tom is he understands the level your at and pushes you to reach your goal. He structures my workouts specifically for me. He focuses on proper techniques and the amount of reps that are needed to reach my desired physique. I’m not going to lie, he loves his cardio and boy does it kick the crap out of you ....but it works!! I always ask him diet questions to make sure I am consuming the proper amount of proteins and carbs (pizza is no longer a 3 day a week thing for me anymore!) Tom keeps its simple and effective. He is truly passionate about what he does and wants others to feel the same way. Now, after months with working with Tom I have lost 32 pounds and no longer need to use the last hole on my belt!
