I couldn't be happier to leave this review. This is a family run business, Nerio is the owner, honest, and a great guy. His daughter Araceli handles the business end. She is extremely quick to respond and has an amazing personality, professional yet friendly! He came out very quickly when I called about a leak in our bathroom cieling and of course we panicked that we're going to need a new roof well, it turns out it was a leak from the pipe for our vent and that our roof looked good and probably had another five years, which was a big relief. He said it was not a big job, and he would be sure that it would be done before the rain on Tuesday and kept his word. The price was fantastic. I will definitely be working with them again. I highly recommend them!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Roofing costs depend on the roof size and pitch, existing layers, material selection, access, and any repairs needed beneath the roof covering. Share your town, photos, and project goals so we can discuss the scope. When comparing quotes, look at the materials, tear-off and disposal, flashing, ventilation, cleanup, and warranty terms included—not just the total.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a message on Thumbtack describing the problem or planned project, your location, and your timing. Photos are helpful. We will discuss the work and next steps, explain suitable material options, and answer your questions. During the project, we keep you informed with progress photos and pay attention to cleanup.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NGA Restoration LLC has been established since 2012 and holds Connecticut Home Improvement Contractor registration HIC.0634132, verified on our Thumbtack profile.
