- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will charge the industry standard because I’m good at what I do, have the experience to prove it, and have an impeccable work ethic. I guarantee your satisfaction!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the prospective client by phone or video to discuss goals and expectations then work remotely with the client, staying in touch throughout the process. I am happy to text, email, or video chat.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master’s degree and a PhD in English and have taught writing since 1993. I have edited an academic journal, four books, and have edited the work of students and professionals in many fields including literature, philosophy, creative writing, theology, medicine, and labor economics. I have also helped clients with résumés and cover letters and have tutored clients from grade school to university. Besides being a writer and scholar, I'm basically an honest person who likes to help others. I have certifications in mindfulness, diversity, equity, and inclusion, spiritual diversity, and anti-racism. My most recent career experience is chaplaincy, both hospital and university.
