Two drains in our house backed up simultaneously. After 2 hours of snaking and plunging gurgling shower and toilet drains we threw in the proverbial towel. Thumbtack made it easy to contact plumbers quickly, get an estimate, and schedule. Flow on the Go gave me a reasonable, competitive price for the job and scheduled an appointment, all via text, which for me was very convenient.
Luis was running late but kept me informed via text when he would arrive. I was afraid he would cancel and leave us another day without toilet and shower, but he persevered and showed up at the end of his work day(probably well past, truthfully.)
He was friendly, professional, explained everything and fixed the problems. He has a very cool video camera that can go down the plumbing line. He showed me in real time all of the issues and recommended solutions.
I highly recommend this plumber and will absolutely call him again if needed. Finding a trustworthy, knowledgeable plumber who is also willing to share knowledge and treat customers with dignity is a true gem!

Luis did great work for an issue with a leak in my basement from the water pressure adjuster. He was punctual and completed the work efficiently. I he had an updated valve and also a pressure gauge. I will definitely hire him again to do additional work for me.
