I hired Totoket Valley Building & Remodeling LLC to replace my roof. I have a Cape style house that has a very steep roof. They had no hesitation in stating that they were able to do the job. The time frame from time of quote to it actually being completed was short. There was a snow storm the weekend they were scheduled to come and I thought we were going to have to wait. But due to his excellent work ethic and commitment to his customers he showed up and shoveled my roof off! I was very impressed! He completed the roof in the time frame that we agreed upon even with the snow storm! Impressive, professional, beautiful work! I would recommend this company to everyone I know and I do!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always get at least three estimates and never get one from someone who is not licensed and insured. Look at other things during the estimate process besides just the price , for example , did they show up on time , are they neat and organized, did they ask questions about what you where looking for and listen.
