We had a flood last week. From the 3rd floor all the way to the basement. We did a google search and found this local company with a good rating. so we tried them out. They came out within an hour of calling them and inspected things. It was way worse then we thought and we didn't know what to do. Ive never had a flood on my home but i figured just mop it up. I guess had I done that it would still be wet. They brought in tons of drying equipment and had it dried out really fast. We were worried about mold seeing as when you google about floods in your home everything seems to talk about mold. Well no mold and its dry. They did have to remove some stuff like my vanity and some trim to get to traped water to dry it. I can fix that so its not that bad. My insurance is even gonna cover the bill. Nicest people ever. I spoke to steve a lot but had nick and John in the home mostly. Very professional. The whole situation sucked but they did make it manageable for us.

We had damage from the storm 2 weeks ago. They showed up quick. Tarped our roof and dried out our home. We had some mold but they took care of it before it turned into a major issue. The only down side is they dont do construction. Not their problem but it would make this an easier process for us. Otherwise they did a great job no complaints

Water Damage Cleanup and Restoration

Poor communication. Reached out trying to schedule a basement drying emergency, customer service said it would be the next day, and while working to schedule a time, then ignored me for most of the day, until three messages were sent, and they said it wouldn't be for four or five days. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, and would encourage you to do the same.

Duct and Vent Cleaning

Initial conversation via the app went well. Then tentatively booked a day for the job then got ghosted. Never received an estimate or proof of insurance. Was supposed to get a text with a link to that but never received it even though I asked a few times. Canceled job before they started, but at this point not sure if there was even anything to cancel since they stopped responding.

Odd that this job was cancelled than a 1 star was given before any work could be completed. you selected the date for the project a week in advance. you were informed about the price, you were told that the job would take a crew all day, a spot was assigned on our schedule and a crew was allotted for this project. The text with the link would of been supplied once the crew was ready to be dispatched. As with all jobs that are are booked in advance, customers can have their schedules change from day to day so before we send a crew we contact all customers to verify that no changes are made on the customers side and are than sent out a work authorization link. we will have to move on to the next customer. Incase you have not had any service done in your home before this is standard operating procedure for any service contractor. you were never "GHOSTED" once a job is booked we wont contact until the work is ready to be completed. for the insurance aspect of your review, to be listed on thumbtack we had to supply proof of all insurance and licensing.
