We hired Steve’s team for a mold remediation and I couldn’t be more impressed with the mold remediation service I received. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, care and was great value for the service received. Steve was prompt, responsive and conducted a thorough inspection to assess the extent of the mold problem. He explained the remediation process in detail and answered all of my questions. On the day of service, he arrived promptly, worked efficiently and thoroughly, and left the space cleaner than when he’d arrived. He even fixed my garage door sensor on his way out! Great experience. They were a great price but worked very fast. They dried all the water and then fixed the mold that grew, and also did the drywall repair. They were super responsive and hands off, I’m impressed.

This company is absolutely wonderful. My upstairs toilet flooded and began to leak into my walls and out of my lights. I called Redstone, and at 6 pm, they headed to my house. They traveled over an hour and arrived with everything to dry us up. In fact, I think they brought more than needed. The guy was very understanding and went out of his way to help us without tearing the house apart. 3 days later and everything was dry, and he put everything back together that he took down. I will definitely be using this company if I ever have an issue in the future. I highly recommend it as they were overly prepared with equipment. Not to mention how personable and easy to chat with the guy who came to the house was. He made a stressful moment less stressful.
