I used AI to help me with the scope of the project and shared it with this contractor, as he had asked for the scope. He responded with this: “this a AI garbage, no thanks! good luck!”
It was for a $20k+ project—imagine what he would say for smaller ones. He could’ve just said he prefers to see the project and discuss it over the phone or in person.

GrindForce LLC's reply

The total cost of the larger project was not relevant because GrindForce specializes exclusively in stump grinding and is not a full-service tree company. I explained several times that I was willing to handle only the stump-grinding portion, but continued receiving extensive questions concerning liability and proposed requirements unrelated to that service. I therefore declined the project. We welcome stump-grinding jobs of all sizes and can often complete smaller jobs within the same week. I have no issue with customers using AI to compare options, understand the work, or determine a fair price.
