The team at Clearwater did a great job. I needed sink installed and they did it in 45 minutes. They charged way less than other places which was great with my budget. Very reasonable and also very friendly!

This was the first plumbing company that contacted me and after checking out previous reviews I decided to allow them to come out to provide an estimate. They were able to respond quickly (the next day), assess the issue, answer all of our questions, and provide a fair and accurate estimate. I asked about many possible issues and things (mold possible additional work/cost) that was not necessary and appreciated the fact that they did not attempt tell us that we needed things fixed or done that we did not.

The team was detail-oriented, professional and courteous. No debris was left behind. Most impressive was their ability to problem-solve and adapt on the fly; this home was built in the late 1800s and despite running into issues, they worked them out and completed the job in the time-frame they promised.

Trip Charges: Sometimes, depending on distance to job, there may be a small trip charge. Emergency Fees: If a Technician needs to go to job after 5pm, or a weekend, or a holiday, there may be emergency fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we need to see the job, discuss everything with the home owner to find out exactly want their wants and needs are in order to best fit every quote to that specific customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Had to work for a company for a minimum of 5 yr and do 5 yrs of schooling I order to get plumbing license.
