Craftsmanship was very poor. Nice guy but seemed to have no idea what he was doing. Ended up being more work for me to clean up his mess and really didn't get what was promised. I won't be using him for future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price jobs in two ways. Estimate jobs where we submit a bid, usually this is for larger projects. Or we can bid a job as "time and material" where we charge an hourly rate, and the price of materials plus a delivery fee. This works well for small one or two day jobs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed CT Home Improvement Contractor carrying full insurance. I am OSHA 10 Certified to ensure that I and my crew always work safely and limit liability and injuries. I and my company are certified by the EPA to safely renovate, repair and paint surfaces containing lead paint.
